CURRY CHILD CARE CENTER

	Curry Infants This classroom is home to the program's youngest children. A new group of children enrolls each fall and then move with their teachers to our Carter Center classroom. Respect for each individual child's abilities and rights, building trust and allowing exploration are central to the practices of this classroom.

Curry Annex and Curry 205 Preschool Classrooms

These two classrooms offer a challenging and individualized curriculum for preschoolers, ages three to five years. Each group plans activities based on daily observations of the children's interests and abilities. The Early Learning Standards for North Carolina Preschools are used to assure planned activities address development of the whole child through these activities. Both classrooms share an outdoor learning environment that includes climbing equipment, a garden area, dramatic play areas and room to run and explore.
