Admission and Enrollment
How To Apply
To join the CCEP waitlist, complete our online application through Brightwheel, CCEP’s family communication platform. You will create an account and provide basic information about yourself and your child. When a space becomes available, our administrative team will contact you to schedule a tour and explain the enrollment process and next steps.
Once enrolled, Brightwheel is also used for daily communication, sign-in and sign-out, and updates such as closings or early dismissals.
Our Family Handbook contains extensive information about daily routines, health and safety requirements, meals, pick-up procedures, and family communication.
Tuition
The Child Care Education Program Endowment Fund was established to support the goal of providing a high-quality early childhood education program that is available to families with wide-ranging income levels and diverse needs.
Center Locations
The Child Care Education Program is located on the campus of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 3 separate locations. We adhere to the NC Five star rated licensing Highest Voluntary Enhanced Ratio.
- North Drive Center (Toddler): 310 McIver St.
- Curry Center (Pre-K) : 1109 Spring Garden St.
- Carter Center: 117 McIver St.
The center employs degreed teachers, teacher assistants, student employees and Early Childhood Education & Birth to Kindergarten Licensure student interns. We also welcome volunteers from across campus. This allows us to frequently have more than two teachers in a room, providing more supervision and time to work with students in small groups and 1-1.
